 CALLS FOR PAPERS

Graduate Symposium: 23-24 January 2025. New Voices in Portuguese Translation Studies VIII, NOVA FCSH, Campus Berna, Aud. B1. A short abstract of up to 250 words should be sent to voicestranslation@gmail.com by 6th January 2025, accompanied by a brief biosketch (up to 50 words).

Journal: Translation Matters, Special Issue Music and/in Translation. Articles, in English or in Portuguese, should be 6000-8000 words in length, including references and footnotes, and be formatted in accordance with the guidelines given on the journal’s website. Papers should be uploaded onto the site by 7th March 2025. http://ojs.letras.up.pt/index.php/tm/index. Any inquiries should be addressed to kbennett@fcsh.unl.pt.

EPISTRAN Project Online Lecture Series  represents cutting-edge knowledge in the various areas covered by the EPISTRAN project. Lectures are given by members and consultants of the EPISTRAN team, as well as by some outside scholars who have been invited for the purpose. The lectures will mostly take place on Thursday afternoons between 5 and 6.30 pm (WET), and are open to anyone interested.
