Frederico Vidal

My name is Frederico Duarte Vidal and I am currently an MA student in Asian Studies at the FCH-Católica, having received the Fundação Jorge Álvares merit scholarship. Even though my background is in Law and Translation, I am currently writing my thesis in tongzhi wenxue 同志文学, a fusion of my interest in Gender Studies, Identity, Literature and Chinese Studies. I have been a collaborator of the Centre for English, Translation and Anglo-Portuguese Studies since 2018, initially as a member of the Junior Researchers in Anglo-American Studies (JRAAS) and currently a member of the Translationality research strand.
